Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "869zk" — refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://869zk.cam, including all services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile interface, and any associated applications or software provided by 869zk.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 869zk Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered profile created by a Player to access 869zk services.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by 869zk that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required for all registered Players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Applicable Law" — all laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance applicable to 869zk's operations and to Players accessing the Platform.

To register and use 869zk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 869zk strictly prohibits access by minors under any circumstances. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of 869zk complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as designated by 869zk from time to time.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the Platform for the purposes described herein.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of 869zk or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You must not have previously had an Account terminated or suspended by 869zk for cause.

To access the full range of 869zk services, you are required to create an Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player may hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number, all of which must match your identity documents exactly.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. 869zk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 869zk's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 869zk is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain credential security.
• Account Currency: All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR. No currency conversion fees apply.
• Right to Refuse: 869zk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

All Players are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before withdrawal privileges are activated. The KYC process may also be triggered at any time that 869zk deems necessary for compliance or security purposes.

Required Documents:

• Indonesian National ID (KTP): A clear, unobstructed photograph of your Kartu Tanda Penduduk, showing all four corners, your photograph, full name, date of birth, and ID number.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face. Both the document and your face must be clearly visible and in focus.
• Proof of Address (if requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Bank Account Confirmation: Your registered bank account holder name must exactly match the name on your KTP. Discrepancies will delay withdrawal processing.

Verification is typically completed within 1 to 6 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 WIB). Submissions received outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. 869zk may request additional documentation at any time.

5.1 Deposits

869zk accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah In donesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits are credited to your Account instantly or within a maximum of 5 minutes upon successful bank confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. 869zk does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to your registered Indonesian bank account only. The following conditions apply:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available window.
• Your withdrawal destination bank account name must exactly match the name on your verified KTP. Mismatched names will result in automatic rejection of the withdrawal request.
• 869zk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal compliance thresholds.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to processing.

869zk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Players in good standing only. Players who have self-excluded, are under investigation, or whose Accounts are restricted are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage. Contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus carries an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issuance. Bonus Funds not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by Bonus Funds is Rp 5.000.000 or 10x the bonus value, whichever is lower.
• Abuse Prevention: 869zk monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and multi-Account exploitation. Detected abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential Account termination.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: 869zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will have their existing bonus terms honoured unless fraud or abuse is detected.

869zk offers a comprehensive selection of online gaming products, including sports betting (football, badminton, MotoGP, e-sports, and more), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live dealer casino games, and electronic slot machines. The following rules apply across all product categories:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 869zk's system. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification or the bet appears in your betting history with a confirmed status. Bets that fail to reach our system due to connection issues are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game or betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the time of placing a bet. 869zk reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Void Bets: In the event that a game, match, or draw is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or results are voided for legitimate sporting or technical reasons, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or manifest pricing error, 869zk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous price or payout will not be honoured.
• Result Settlement: All sports results are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, BWF for badminton). Live scores displayed on the Platform are for informational purposes and may occasionally differ from official results.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the ticket to pay out. Any single void leg will be treated according to the Platform's current void-leg rules, which are published in the sports betting help section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 869zk Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (whether using the same or different personal details).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years, or assisting a minor in accessing the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or betting market to the detriment of 869zk or other Players.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected to financial crime, including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately; failure to report known exploits is itself a violation.
• Making chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent payment claims against 869zk through your bank or payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 869zk staff members through any communication channel.

All content on the 869zk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of 869zk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 869zk.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use any 869zk trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply association without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial or competitive purpose.

Any use of Platform content beyond the scope of this licence requires prior written approval from 869zk. Unauthorised use may give rise to claims for damages and will result in immediate Account termination.

869zk is committed to protecting your personal data. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that 869zk may collect and process personal data — including name, date of birth, contact details, financial transaction records, and device and usage data — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL and stored with industry-standard security measures.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

869zk is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may voluntarily suspend their Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable session time notifications to receive periodic alerts about the duration of their current gaming session.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 869zk, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or circumstances beyond 869zk's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies, provided that 869zk acts promptly to correct identified errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the breach arises from your failure to maintain credential security.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 869zk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 869zk's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

869zk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime.
• Submission of false or fraudulent identity documentation.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Any conduct that 869zk determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of games and betting markets.

Upon termination for cause, 869zk reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where termination occurs without cause or at the Player's own request, any verified Balance will be returned to the Player's registered bank account within 5 to 10 business days, less any amounts legitimately owed to 869zk.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 869zk support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which 869zk is registered and operates.

869zk operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Players access the Platform from Indonesia at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. 869zk does not represent that the Platform is lawful to use in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 869zk's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal orders otherwise.

869zk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction, in which case changes take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. All previous versions are archived and available upon written request to our support team.
